Shopify Integration Setup

Follow these steps to seamlessly configure your Shopify app to Backoffice AI.

Before You Start

You will need:

  • Access to your Shopify admin account
  • Your store name
  • A Backoffice AI account
  • Access Shopify Admin

    Navigate to admin.shopify.com and log in to your account

  • Navigate to Apps Settings

    Click "Apps" on the left sidebar, then select "Apps and sales channel settings"

  • Create App

    Click "Develop Apps" and create a new app named "Backoffice AI"

  • Configure API Permissions

    Set up the required API permissions for the app

    Required Permissions:

    • write_draft_orders
    • read_draft_orders
    • write_customers
    • read_customers
    • read_products
    • read_orders
    • read_companies
    • read_shipping
    Save Admin API Scopes
  • Install App

    Click "Install App" and follow the instructions to install the app. If the button is disabled, refreshing the tab may resolve the issue.

  • Reveal Token

    Click "Reveal token once" and copy the token

  • Integrate with Backoffice AI

    Go to Shopify Integration in Backoffice AI

Success!

Once you complete these steps, you will receive a success notification confirming your Shopify integration is active.
