Shopify Integration Setup

Follow these steps to seamlessly configure your Shopify app to Backoffice AI.

  • Go to admin.shopify.com
  • Log In
  • Click "Apps" on the left side bar

  • Click on "Apps and sales channel settings"

  • Click on the "Develop Apps" button

  • Create an app with the name "Backoffice AI"

  • Click on "Configure Admin API scopes"

  • Select these permissions:
    • write_draft_orders
    • read_draft_orders
    • read_customers
    • read_products

    Save Admin API Scopes
  • Click "Save"

  • Click on "Install App"
    • You will be redirected to the "API credentials" tab

  • Click on "Reveal token once" and copy the token

  • Go to Shopify Integration in Backoffice AI
    • Paste the token in "Admin API Key"

    • Add the store name
    • Click "Integrate"

    • You will receive a success notification once Shopify credentials are validated.
